Q. Can you cancel a lesson reservation?
A. You can cancel your lesson reservation up until your lesson time via Setmore (reservation site). Click the "Login" button at the top right to sign in, and click the same button to show the "My Profile" option. If you select this option, your upcoming reservations will appear. Choose the class you would like to cancel, click "Cancel appointment" at the bottom of the page, and lastly click the right "Yes, cancel it" button that pops up. This completes your cancellation process.
Please note that if you do not cancel your class ahead of time that it will be considered as taken and count as 1 class.
Q. Can you do make-up classes?
A. Yes, you can. Please cancel your class using the method explained above and book a new class. You can do as many makeups as you like as long as they fall within the period of the expiration date of your ticket. To check the expiration dates of each ticket, please check the "Expiration Date" column of the chart on this page.
Q. My child can't speak English at all: is that okay?
A. Of course! Our lessons are primarily done in English, but we also use Japanese when necessary. At miXx, we provide an environment where your child can relax and enjoy learning English.
Q.What does it mean that the ticket expiration date is from issue date?
A. Upon purchasing a ticket, we will confirm your payment and then issue the ticket to you. Due to the fact that it takes some time to confirm payment, the ticket expiration date starts from the issue date.
