Please read the following before putting in a trial reservation or regular reservation.

① For the first “Name” section, please write your full name (ex. Miku Watanabe).

② Due to system constraints, you can only do 1 reservation per 1 account. If you have more than one child, please send us an email or LINE message.

③ For advertising purposes for miXx, there will be times where we do a photoshoot/video shoot of the class. Media taken during those shoots may be used for the following purposes:

 

• Flyers (digital, physical)

• Our website/social media

 

In the even that we have a photo/video shoot we will inform you ahead of time, but if you agree to allowing us to use photo/videos of your child, please write “Y” in the「撮影/写真・動画使用可」section.
